Duties of Lieutenant Governor

The Lieutenant Governor shall:
(1) serve on all boards and commissions in lieu of the Governor whenever so designated by the Governor;
(2) perform such duties as may be delegated by the Governor; and
(3) perform other duties as may be provided by statute.

Duties of Secretary of State

The Secretary of State shall keep a record of the official acts of the Legislature and Executive Department of the State, and, when required, shall lay the same and all matters relative thereto before either branch of the Legislature, and shall perform such other duties as may be provided by law.
