Ineligibility of Legislator to Office Created at Term for Which Elected

No member of the Legislature, during the term for which the member was elected, shall be appointed or elected to any civil office of profit under this State, which shall have been created, or the emoluments of which shall have been increased, during the term for which the member was elected.

Summary: Provides that single-gender references in the constitution are not limited to a single gender
