Compensation of Justices and Judges

The legislature shall provide for the compensation of all justices and judges. The salaries of justices and judges shall not be diminished during their terms of office.

Salary of Judges

Until otherwise provided by law, the salaries of supreme and district judges shall be three thousand dollars per annum and mileage, payable quarterly out of the State treasury.
