Journals; yeas and nays

Each House shall keep a journal of its proceedings and from time to time publish the same, except such parts as require secrecy, and the yeas and nays of the members on any question shall, at the desire of any two of them, be entered on the journal.

The doors of each house and of committees of the whole shall be open, unless, when the business shall be such as ought to be kept secret.

The Doors of the House in which the Representatives of the Freemen of this State shall sit in General Assembly, shall be and remain open for the Admission of all persons who behave decently except only when the welfare of this State may require the doors to be shut.
