Enforcement Power of Legislature

The Legislature shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

Summary: Adds a new article ensuring that equality of rights and responsibilities under the law cannot be denied or abridged on account of sex, and authorizes the legislature to enforce this provision through appropriate legislation.
