Multifamily Housing for Elderly and Disabled

Section 4.

The Legislative Assembly shall enact legislation to carry out the provisions of this Article. This Article shall supersede all conflicting constitutional provisions.

Summary: Authorizes general obligation bonds to be issued in amount of 1/2 of 1% of true cash value of taxable property to finance multifamily housing for low-income elderly
