Section 4.

The survivor or survivors, of the deceased veteran whose death was caused or contributed to by a service- connected disease or disability incurred in service under conditions other than dishonorable, shall be entitled, in the order of survivorship provided in this act, to receive the maximum amount of said compensation irrespective of the amount such deceased would have been entitled to receive if living.
