Electors privileged from arrest

Electors during their attendance at elections, and in going to, and returning therefrom, shall be privileged from arrest, in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace.

Electors shall, in all cases except treason, felony or breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest, during their attendance at elections, and in going to and returning from the same.
