Article XII.

An Ordinance to Allow Certain Person to Vote for Governor in Any Other than the Counties in Which They Reside

Section 3.

Be it further ordained, That this ordinance shall be and continue in force for and during the present war, and no longer, unless sooner repealed or modified by the General Assembly.
