Article XII.
An Ordinance to Allow Certain Person to Vote for Governor in Any Other than the Counties in Which They Reside

Section 1.

Be it ordained by the Delegates of the people of North Carolina, in Convention assembled, and it is hereby ordained by the authority of the same, That any citizen of this State who shall be entitled to vote for Governor in the county wherein he is domiciled, shall be entitled to vote for Governor in any county in this State.
